The Opportunity

MPM had built a strong reputation locally, but the business had started to outgrow the brand around it.

The way things looked, sounded, and operated lacked consistency, and a lot of the day to day communication relied on individual effort rather than clear systems and foundations. As the business grew, it became harder to

keep everything aligned.

What was needed was a clearer strategic direction,

stronger brand foundations, and connected systems that could support the team properly day to day.

The Approach

We worked closely with the team to reshape the business from the inside out. That included defining the audience, refining the positioning, building out the tone of voice, and creating a brand strategy around a simple idea: trusted guardians of every home they manage.

From there, we rebuilt the visual identity, redesigned the website, developed customer journey frameworks, and created connected systems across email, CRM, templates, documents, and communications so the business could operate more consistently as it scaled.

Brand identity and visual system

We refreshed the identity and built a visual system that gave the business a much stronger and more connected presence across every touchpoint.

The logo and supporting pattern were inspired by the mountain ranges surrounding the region itself, helping tie the brand back to the landscape MPM operates within every day. We wanted it to feel grounded, local, and recognisable to the area, without falling into generic property branding territory.

From there, we built out a flexible system of colours, typography, layouts, templates, and supporting assets that made the brand easy for the team to use consistently day

to day.

Website design and development

We designed and built a mobile first website that brought the new brand, positioning, and customer experience together into one connected digital platform.

The focus was on creating a clean, high trust user experience that felt easy to navigate and simple to engage with from the first interaction. Every part of the site was considered through the lens of usability, from the page structure and messaging hierarchy through to enquiry flow, mobile responsiveness, and calls to action.

CRM setup and email automation

We set up CRM and email systems to support communication with both property owners and tenants.

This included database structure, tagging, and automated email flows, allowing the team to manage a high

volume of communication without things breaking down.
