We’ve spent years in high pressure environments, building brands, training teams, and delivering work across brand strategy, design, and digital systems.
That experience shapes how we work now.
Before Flock, that experience was built inside traditional agency setups. We saw how things ran from the inside. The layers, the time, the cost, and how often that didn’t quite line up with what clients were getting.
