The Opportunity
Queenstown is a highly competitive real estate market, with many agents offering similar services and speaking in similar ways. A lot of the industry had started to blend together visually, making it harder for genuinely good operators to stand apart.
Deni had strong local knowledge, experience, and a very considered way of working, but the brand around him didn’t fully reflect that. The identity, messaging, and customer experience lacked a clear point of difference and weren’t communicating the depth behind the approach.
The opportunity was to build a more distinctive brand and connected system around the business. Something that felt more human, more strategic, and more aligned with the way Deni operates day to day.
The Approach
We worked closely with Deni to define a clear strategic direction for the brand, built around a simple but distinctive idea: real estate is a living pattern, shaped by timing, people, movement, and place.
From there, we translated that thinking into a full brand system. Audience, positioning, messaging, identity, and communication were all aligned around the same central philosophy, giving the brand a strong point of difference in a highly competitive market.
We then designed and built the wider digital ecosystem around it, including the website, customer journey, CRM structure, and automated communication flows, so everything worked together seamlessly from first enquiry through to final sale.

Brand identity and visual system
We developed a brand identity and visual system based
on the geometric principles behind the Flower of Life.
Rather than using the symbol directly, we translated its structure into a distinctive design system that informs the logo design and visual elements across digital and print.
The result is a cohesive and flexible visual language that’s easy to apply and clearly recognisable.









Website design and development
We designed and built a mobile-first website anchored by the Smart Move Hub, a structured content
hub of guides, tools, and local insights to support buyers and sellers.
The site is built around how people move through property decisions, combining clear information
with practical tools to build trust and drive enquiries.
Document design and lead generation system
We designed a suite of Smart Move Hub documents, including guides, tools, and resources built to support buyers and sellers at each stage of their journey.
Each document was optimised for web, softly gated for lead capture, and connected to automated email flows for delivery and follow up. This created a structured system that turns content into ongoing engagement and qualified enquiries.

Email marketing system and automation
We designed a complete email marketing system built around multiple lead magnets, including guides, tools, and resources from the Smart Move Hub.
Each email was mapped to specific triggers and stages in the customer journey, with automated flows set up to deliver content, nurture leads, and support decision making over time. The result is a structured system that keeps communication consistent and turns interest into action.




Launch campaign and digital rollout
We developed an integrated launch campaign across email, social media, and digital channels.
The campaign introduced the new brand, drove traffic to the website and Smart Move Hub, and connected into the wider CRM and email system to capture and nurture enquiries.
Everything was designed to work together as a coordinated rollout rather than a one off launch.
